Angels Senior Living is staying proactive and further restricting access to our communities in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak. These measures are designed to ensure the safety of our residents and staff and reflect actions being taken across the country. Our communities continue to adhere to best practices recommended to us by the Centers for Disease Control, Florida Governor, and Florida Surgeon General, and we appreciate your support during this time.
At this time, all non-essential staff, family members, vendors, and other visitors to our communities will be refused entry. We understand the stress this puts on families, especially during a situation like this. Please reach out to your community if you need any assistance with arrangements for FaceTime, Skype, Facebook Messenger, etc.
We will keep you regularly updated about the well-being of your loved ones and we appreciate you doing your part to eliminate the spread of COVID-19 by observing CDC-recommended practices, like social distancing, regular hand washing, sanitizing surfaces, and more.
Below, please find a list of resources on stopping the spread of COVID-19 and what Angels Senior Living is doing to protect our residents and their families, as well as a letter from Robert Bennett, our COO.

Letter from Robert Bennett With Update on COVID-19
To Our Residents, Family Members, and Visitors:
As we move into a new week of uncertainty, we want to reassure our residents, family members, staff, and visitors that we’re taking every appropriate action to protect our family from COVID-19. We anticipate additional restrictions on long-term care facilities and assisted living facilities as well as local businesses respectively to combat this outbreak. Our hope is to remain ahead of the curve and provide our residents and families with the best possible service and protection.
We want to reassure everyone associated with Angels Senior Living that we have no reported cases of COVID-19 in any of our communities. We ask that family members continue to respect prohibited visitation for at least the next 30 days. Currently, we’re exploring telehealth and other options to further reduce potential outside sources of disease from entering our communities. We encourage you to reach out via phone, email, text, FaceTime, Skype, or Facebook, and we appreciate you understanding these requests.
We encourage you to check your community’s Facebook page for regular updates on your loved ones, as well as our website for a variety of updates and resources on COVID-19. We also encourage everyone to do their part by adhering to strong hygiene practices, including surface sanitization, frequent handwashing, and social distancing.
Ensuring residents are cared for in a safe and healthy environment is our greatest concern. Angels Senior Living is in close contact with local and state health authorities and is following or exceeding their guidance. We will notify you if any residents or staff are diagnosed with COVID-19 and how we’re responding appropriately. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time at your community or at corporate from (877) 480-2244.
Sincerely,
Robert S. Bennett
