Angels Senior Living opened in 2010 with a single facility and a dream of providing a continuum of care for seniors. We’ve grown a lot since then, partnering with many different providers to offer our growing number of residents the full range of residential and care services they need to enjoy life in comfort, dignity, and happiness.
Today, Angels Senior Living operates 11 facilities throughout the Tampa Bay Area and Sarasota. We provide our seniors with home health care, therapy, pharmaceutical services, adult day care, respite care, and more to complete our assisted living experience. This helps us give you the level of care you need, where and when you need it.

Providing care and assisted living to seniors is in our DNA, literally. Angels Senior Living began in 2010 but our first community opened in 1978 as Shady Palms Retirement Homes, owned and operated by the parents of one of our founders. You can read more about our passion for helping seniors here.
You can see a list of our services above. We offer assisted living and memory care communities for seniors who need help with activities of daily living or who may be suffering from Alzheimer’s or dementia. We also offer them many of the care services they need, like physical therapy, medication management, skilled nursing in home health care as part of a doctor’s treatment plan, and more. Additionally, we maintain a fully stocked and staffed long term care pharmacy to ensure each resident’s drug therapy needs or changes are quickly met.
We offer our services to seniors throughout the Tampa Bay Area. Six of our eleven facilities are located in Hillsborough County, two are in Pasco County, two in Pinellas County, and one in Sarasota County. We also operate licensed home health agencies in AHCA Regions 5 and 6.
Our assisted living communities stay open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Caring for your loved ones is a round-the-clock job, and one we do proudly. Our communities generally offer visiting hours from around 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, but we encourage you to contact your specific facility if you need special accommodations.
Each of our facilities is overseen by an executive director. A facility includes an assistant director, called a community director or wellness coordinator, who helps manage the facility, our employees, and the health and happiness of our residents.
